| News & Awards Newsletter Within 3 months of charter, TVEN was awarded ABWA's coveted Newsletter Award at the Spring Conference in New Orleans for 2007. Later that year, the 30 newsletter winners from across the ABWA countryside competed in Greensboro, NC for the 5 top newsletters. TVEN was rewarded for their beautiful publication, "The Vine" in their first year. |

Again in 2008, at the San Antonio Spring Conference,
for the 2nd consecutive year, "The Vine" was chosen
as a regional winner.

Vine" is a charter member of TVEN and local graphic
artist and Grapevine resident.
Woman of the Year
Each year, local ABWA groups may honor one of their own as Woman Of the
Year. The criteria for this award are ABWA Participation, Education, Career
Accomplishments and Community Involvement. This is one of the highest
honors that a chapter can bestow on a member.
